The scheme is introduced for identifying the extraordinary teachers and recognize the excellence / best practices / innovativeness of such teachers in field of technical education at national level for Degree, Diploma institutions, Pharmacy and Schools, Management Institutions.
This scheme is aimed to recognize the meritorious faculties on Jewar education summit every year at National level and encourage themto update themselves to the ever-changing needs of higher education at global level and thereby becoming an effective contributor towards the society.
Jewar Student Achiever Awards have been acting as an effective tool to boost the confidence of students and bring in healthy competitive spirit among them.
Selection of Achievers is done on the basis of the given below parameters: Academics: 80% combined with Inter House & other Activities: 60% Various Inter House Events including Quiz, Extempore, etc. Inter House Sports Events Including Athletic Meet, Basketball, Table Tennis, Chess, etc.
Further, the student has to be among the top 9 students of the class as a whole where there are 3 sections and among the top 12 students of the class as a whole where there are 4 sections. Students who have reached the State/National level in some competition be it academic, co-curricular or sports are also honoured every year.
